Jen Kopka
Jen has proudly directed AAD’s Upper Division Company program for the past 10 seasons, leading with passion, precision, and a deep commitment to her dancers’ growth. Known for her student-centered approach, she has led the program to multiple National Championships.

Rachael Berube
Rachael serves as Community Director and leads AAD’s nonprofit, Beyond the Dance Floor, using dance to create impact both inside the studio and out in the world. With over a decade of experience at AAD, she continues to mentor dancers and build meaningful connections throughout the community.

Regan Martin
Regan has been a key part of AAD since 2015, serving as Lower Division Program Director and overseeing everything from staffing and scheduling to client care and billing. Her deep operational knowledge and commitment to excellence help keep the studio running seamlessly.

Tori Smith
Tori Joined AAD in 2017 and has lead the Recreational program for the past 6 years, developing inclusive and joyful experiences for dancers of all ages. She also oversees studio facilities and operations, blending creative leadership with logistical expertise.
