Jen Kopka
Jennifer Kopka is a seasoned educator, choreographer, and director with more than 13 years of experience in competitive dance. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, she holds a degree in Education with a minor in English Language Arts and a Certificate in Dance. As Upper Division Company Director at All About Dance, Jen has led her dancers to national recognition while fostering a supportive environment built on creativity, accountability, and growth mindset. Her students have earned acceptance into top programs and intensives nationwide, including Chapman, Loyola Marymount, Michigan, and Joffrey. Jen is also committed to her own professional growth, holding certifications in Acrobatic Arts, Alixa Flexibility, and AZ Dance Med to keep her teaching current and impactful. Now in her 10th season directing the Company program, Jen continues to build a legacy of excellence, passion, and achievement at AAD.

Rachael Berube
Rachael began her dance journey at the Karyn Kelly Dance Center in Buffalo, New York. She went on to graduate magna cum laude from Point Park University’s Conservatory of Performing Arts in 2011, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance with a concentration in Jazz. Following graduation, Rachael joined Giordano Dance Chicago (GDC), America’s premier jazz dance company. Over six remarkable seasons under the leadership of Nan Giordano, Rachael toured and performed worldwide, with notable international appearances in London, Rome, Latvia, Guatemala, and Israel. During her time with GDC, she had the honor of performing works by renowned choreographers such as Peter Chu, Mia Michaels, Ray Leeper, Roni Koresh, Gus Giordano, Ron De Jesus, Randy Duncan, and many others. Rachael has also dedicated herself to arts education and outreach. From 2012 to 2017, she worked with Chicago Public Schools, teaching jazz dance to fourth, fifth, and seventh graders as part of the Jazz Dance/Science and Health outreach program. In 2015 and 2016, she furthered her passion for teaching by volunteering at Fondation Enfant Jésus (FEJ) in Haiti, where she led dance classes for over 320 underprivileged children. Currently, Rachael serves as the Community Director at All About Dance (AAD) and is the Director of the studio's nonprofit organization, Beyond the Dance Floor. She has been a faculty member at AAD since 2012, where she creates award-winning choreography and mentors countless dancers in their artistic journeys. With her extensive performance career and commitment to sharing the transformative power of dance, Rachael continues to inspire through every step she takes.

Regan Martin
Originally from Peoria, IL, Regan Fairfield began dancing at age three and went on to study at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts under Ethan Stiefel and Brenda Daniels. She continued her training at Alonzo King LINES Ballet School in San Francisco, where she also performed professionally and taught underserved youth. After relocating to Chicago, Regan taught at Intrigue Dance and later apprenticed with Giordano Dance Chicago, gaining valuable professional experience. In 2016, she joined the Chicago Bulls’ Luvabulls dance team, performing for two seasons before transitioning to assistant coach and choreographer for the Swingin’ Seniors. Since 2015, Regan has been part of All About Dance, where she now serves as Program Director, overseeing staff management, scheduling, billing, and day-to-day operations. With her experience in performance, teaching, and administration, Regan brings both artistic excellence and strong leadership to AAD.

Tori Smith
Tori Smith, a lifelong dancer and passionate educator, began her training at Dance Connection and Bender Performing Arts in Phoenix, Arizona. She went on to earn her BFA in Dance Theatre from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA), fueling her career as both a performer and educator. With over 15 years of teaching experience, Tori has spent the past 6 years as Recreational Program Director at All About Dance, where she oversees curriculum, teacher mentorship, and program growth with a focus on joy and inclusivity. She has also served as Facilities Manager for 3 years, ensuring the studio remains safe, welcoming, and fully operational. Her blend of artistry, leadership, and organizational expertise makes her a cornerstone of the AAD community.
