Lisa Mannina received a B.A. in Dance from Columbia College in 2001. While obtaining her degree, she also performed in various venues throughout the Midwest, and had her own work selected to be presented at the American College Dance Festival. After graduating she went on to spend three years dancing professionally, touring nationally, and teaching with the Zephyr Dance Ensemble of Chicago. Originally from Chicago, Lisa moved to Los Angeles in 2005 where she continued both training and performing throughout the Los Angeles area. Past dance credits include performing with Brockus Dance Project in Spectrum #21, at the Ivar Theater in Hollywood, and with Kairos for COLLABORATION! In San Francisco, Choices at the Hermosa Beach Playhouse, The Denver Independent Choreographer’s Project in Colorado, DanceSpot at Studio A in Silverlake, and the Fusion Choreographer’s Showcase in Torrance. Lisa recently returned to Chicago and is very excited to be working with All About Dance. She is also a teaching artist for Hubbard Street Dance Center and an ACE certified personal trainer.
