                  teens, and adults experience dance in an outrageously fun and
                     non-competitive atmosphere.

                         Founded in 2005 by Jessica Goldman, a former competitive
                      dancer, Minnesota Vikings cheerleader and Chicago Luvabull,
                    the studio has since grown in a fantastically large, state of the art
                 space smack dab between Old Town and Lincoln Park at 501 W. North Ave.

          Our kids’ program teaches the fundamentals of dance and proper
       technique, but also promotes poise, harnesses passion and encourages
          a love for dance. Our adult program offers novice and experienced dancers
             everything from classical ballet, to ballroom and wedding instruction,
                and our cardio based dance classes are an extraordinarily effective and fun
                   alternative to traditional workouts. Our cardio-based classes include
                     cardio strip tease, cardio hip hop, tone and tighten, and much more.

                 our new improved all about dance studio has 4 state of the art studios
           well equipped with wood-sprung floors, rocking stereo systems,
       a comfortable lobby, locker room to spruce yourself back up equipped with
      showers, and a kids locker room. As an added bonus we have a dance store,
      Free to Be, for all of your dance attire needs. GoCycle, our sister spin studio,
      is there in case you’re not ready for the dance floor quite yet.
